The library's home delivery services are provided for disabled citizens of Helsinki who cannot visit the library themselves. The home delivery service is free.

The home delivery service delivers and collects requested materials.
Books and other materials can be reserved by telephone number or by mail.
 

Helsinki City Library's entire collection is also available to home delivery service customers:
 

• fiction and non-fiction
• magazines
• audio books
•  videos
•  books in large print
•  recorded music, sheet music and musical scores
•  language course cassettes
